MNG Make It with Rachel St(anley) Tack It Tumbler

Grab another fun make it with Rachel Project Box! I seen a new tumbler design coming out and it reminded me of the Tack It Method. So let's see if we can create something just as pretty. It's been a while since we played around with tack it.
